Exchange & Return Policy
If you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or defect item(s) or wrong item (s), you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. Cash refund is strictly not available.
The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available) included the FREE GIFT & all the accessories received.
Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.
All shipping cost are borne by customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office. For any exchange request, RM10 flat rate will be charge for both return and new delivery.
We will notify you as soon as we received your returning parcel and your return request will be processed accordingly.
ZEEZ will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit
